Repairs Manager - London Heathrow Team

Due to some exciting projects, KONE is looking for a Repairs Manager to join our London Heathrow Team.

If you're someone who enjoys building strong relationships, keeping projects moving, and making sure customers receive a great service from start to finish, this could be the role for you.

As a Repair Manager, you'll take ownership of the repair journey from the moment a request comes in through to a successful handover to the delivery team. You'll be the key point of contact, working closely with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep repairs on track, solve problems, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

You'll typically spend 3–4 days a week in the office, working alongside the team and meeting with customers when needed. A driving license is mandatory.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing repair KPIs from quotation through to handover.
  • Collaborating with Repairs Supervisors and delivery teams to ensure works are accurately quoted and delivered to scope.
  • Building lasting relationships and providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Keeping communication clear, timely, and proactive throughout each repair.
  • Reviewing costs against actuals, and ensuring margins are correct and works are priced accurately.
  • Supporting the Operations in managing the P&L of the department.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
