Repair Order Coordinator
Repair Order Coordinator – WASI Operations (EMEA)
About the Role: The Repair Order Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all materials repair, stock, and sales distribution management requirements, with a principal focus on WASI operations. The role supports the Head of Materials Solutions, EMEA in ensuring smooth and efficient workflows within the repair, logistics, and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities

Repair Management:
- Handle repair management activities for WASI owned and consigned material
- Coordinate with the sales team to support vendor selection, quote processing, and the overall sales process
- Raise repair orders in the Quantum system with accurate work scope, instructions, and specifications

Vendor & Cost Management:
- Evaluate vendor quotes for repairs and compare them to quoted or catalogued prices
- Identify, challenge, and resolve discrepancies in labor rates and materials costs
- Ensure all aspects of repair documentation—including work scope, quotation details, and certification—are accurately recorded in Quantum

Compliance & Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of repair standards and airworthiness notices
- Oversee turn-around times and ensure the timely, accurate delivery of piece part repairs

- Logistics & Coordination:
- Work with logistics teams (US & UK) to manage customs and logistics requirements
- Coordinate with Warehouse & Quality Operations Specialists to prioritise inbound/outbound repair shipments against company/customer needs
- Manage scrap material at vendor sites, WASI warehouse, and WERC in line with technical, commercial, and quality requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant repair or materials management role
- Education: Higher National Diploma (HND – Level 5 preferred, though not mandatory)
- Technical & Commercial Skills:
- Strong knowledge of repair processes across common commercial engine types
- Experience with technical, financial, and commercial repair solutions
- Soft Skills:
- Self-motivated, with strong project management capabilities
- High attention to detail and quality in all tasks
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills, including stakeholder engagement
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Component Control – Quantum experience required
