As a Repair and Overhaul Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of quality and precision that Woodward is known for in the aerospace industry. You will work under the supervision of an Operations Supervisor, performing essential tasks such as assembly, testing, and inspection of aircraft engines and components, ensuring each product meets the highest operational and engineering specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Teardown, Assembly and Test Product
- Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently teardown, assemble and test product using specified tools and equipment.
- Process
- Coordinates with appropriate members and cross-functional teams to perform analysis, investigation, work scope of product.
- Quality
- Conducts inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products and records and maintains data per operating standards.
- Organization & Cleanliness
- Adheres to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean, organized, and free of unnecessary items.
- Follows established guidelines to ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Safety Mindset
- Adheres to all established safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintains mindfulness of self and surrounding work area to promote a safe working environment.

- Can tear down, assemble and test products.

- Woodward Operations Incentive bonus scheme – target of 7.5% paid quarterly, discretionary.

- Personal Pension Scheme: All members will be automatically enrolled after month 1 with employer contribution of 9%.
- Income Protection and Life Assurance: All members after month 1 are enrolled on these schemes, income protection at 60% of salary in cases of long-term absence and 4 times your basic salary for life assurance.
