Job Title: Repair Sales Coordinator

Location: Ashford, Kent
Salary: Competitive

We're looking for a confident individual to join our team.

What do we expect from you:

As a Repair Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the sale of fixed-priced repairs, glass, supply-only parts, and retrofits.

  • Produce accurate and timely quotations for customers.
  • Ensure all information is entered into the CRM system.
  • Follow up via appropriate communication with the customer.
  • Process incoming orders ensuring that customers provide the correct information.
  • Liaise with the field-based Area Service Sales Managers to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.

The role is both challenging and fast-paced and will require the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

This role is a fixed term contract of 12 months, with no guarantee of extension at the end of the period.

The position is based at our office in Ashford, Kent.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:00, although some flexibility will be required.

The successful candidate will need to live within a daily commutable distance.

What skills and experience are required to perform this role?

  • Proven customer service skills with experience in a direct customer-facing role.
  • Highly organised with good administration skills.
  • Excellent communicator able to build and maintain customer rapport.
  • Basic knowledge of UK geography.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programmes.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Good literacy or numeracy skills.

What can you expect from us?

  • Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office available after an initial settling-in period of 4 weeks.
  • Generous and achievable OTE commission structure and further uncapped over-target earnings.
  • 23 days annual leave plus 8 public bank holidays.
  • Annual leave increases with the length of service.
  • Your birthday off.
  • Life insurance of four times your basic salary.
  • Company Pension scheme after 3 months of service with 9% employer contributions.
  • Membership to a Healthcare or Cash Plan scheme after probation.
