The Role: Sales Executive (Repairs Team – Sheffield-based)
ORONA seeks a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join their Sheffield repairs team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a proactive "can-do" attitude looking to grow in sales within a supportive, structured environment. Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory (full training provided).
Core Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess extra repair work from client/Service Manager requests, engineer insurance reports, and internal reports.
- Pricing & Quotation: Obtain supplier quotes, draft estimates, and generatemissions follow up to secure repairs. Post-completion, follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Develop strong client relationships, build knowledge of ORONA’s product range, and perform market intelligence on competitors.
- Prospecting & Proposal: Actively generate new sales opportunities and deliver technical sales proposals.
- Internal Coordination: Liaise with customers and team members to ensure accurate prompt restitution and quotation presentation [complete with reasoning].

Requirements
- Proven preference in the lifts industry (essential—but not mandatory)
- Clean UK driving license (essential)
- Valid right to work in the UK/mandatory
