Repair Sales Executive

Sales Executive (Repairs Team) – Sheffield

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our Sheffield-based Repairs team.

This role is ideal for candidates with:

  • A confident, proactive "can-do" attitude
  • Ambition to build a career in sales
  • Willingness to progress within a structured and supportive environment

Training will be provided, though prior sales experience is advantageous.

Core Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be:

  • Evaluating and assessing extra works resulting from:

    • Client requests
    • Service Manager requests
    • Engineer reports
    • Insurance reports
  • Obtaining prices from suppliers

  • Completing estimates and quotes for extra works

  • Following up and securing orders

  • Post-completion follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

Key Tasks:

  • Liaise internally and externally to speedily issue repair quotes
  • Present quotations to clients, explaining reasoning behind pricing
  • Gain client approval for quotations and assure full satisfaction thereafter

Collaborative Responsibilities: ✔ Work closely with Service Managers to develop client relationships ✔ Build comprehensive knowledge of the ORONA product portfolio ✔ Understand competitor offerings and market trends ✔ Actively prospect and generate new sales enquiries ✔ Prepare quotations and support sales development through effective sales techniques


What We’re Looking For

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in the lift industry (essential)
  • Clean UK driving licence (essential)
  • Right to work in the UK (mandatory)
