Repair Sales Executive
Sales Executive (Repairs Team) – Sheffield

The Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our Sheffield-based Repairs team.
This role is ideal for candidates with:
- A confident, proactive "can-do" attitude
- Ambition to build a career in sales
- Willingness to progress within a structured and supportive environment
Training will be provided, though prior sales experience is advantageous.
Core Responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be:

Evaluating and assessing extra works resulting from:
- Client requests
- Service Manager requests
- Engineer reports
- Insurance reports

Obtaining prices from suppliers

Completing estimates and quotes for extra works

Following up and securing orders

Post-completion follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Key Tasks:
- Liaise internally and externally to speedily issue repair quotes
- Present quotations to clients, explaining reasoning behind pricing
- Gain client approval for quotations and assure full satisfaction thereafter

Collaborative Responsibilities: ✔ Work closely with Service Managers to develop client relationships ✔ Build comprehensive knowledge of the ORONA product portfolio ✔ Understand competitor offerings and market trends ✔ Actively prospect and generate new sales enquiries ✔ Prepare quotations and support sales development through effective sales techniques
What We’re Looking For
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in the lift industry (essential)
- Clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Right to work in the UK (mandatory)
