With exceptional growth over the last few years, we are on a mission to reshape and disrupt the diamond jewellery industry by being Europe’s only digital-first jewellery group.

We are one of the few jewellers in the country with our own handmade workshop in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. This allows us to provide clients with a unique range of jewellery, bespoke designs, loose diamonds, rings, earrings, bracelets, and pendants. All our diamonds are certified and conflict-free.

Our Jewellers are experts with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering the highest quality jewellery. Working with The Neve Jewels Group provides the opportunity to enhance and develop your existing skills and knowledge.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Repairs and Assessment Supervisor to join our busy Birmingham Repairs and Assessment Department. Salary is up to £32,000 per year, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in jewellery supervisory roles. You will lead the Repairs and Assessment Department, ensuring all repair, remake, and assessment activities are carried out to a high standard and in line with business priorities.

This role involves setting expectations, allocating workloads, managing resources, monitoring performance, providing technical guidance, and ensuring quality control and accurate reporting. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication are key to ensuring the department operates efficiently and delivers consistent outcomes for customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
