Are you highly organised, great with people, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Our Repairs Planning Supervisors play a pivotal role in ensuring our repairs and maintenance services run smoothly, efficiently, and with the customer at the heart of every decision.
As the central coordination point for our busy Repairs Team, you’ll ensure the right operative is in the right place at the right time – supporting performance, resolving scheduling challenges, and helping us deliver a first-class service to tenants across the city.
What You'll Be Doing
You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of property-related services, including emergency and responsive repairs, improvements, void refurbishments, adaptations, and disrepair works.
Key responsibilities include:
- Keeping our schedules running like clockwork
- Monitoring performance and driving improvement
- Being a trusted point of contact
- Ensuring real-time, accurate information, reporting, and data integrity
