Repairs Project Manager

The Position
Lead a work team, organizing and planning the work and resources required to successfully carry out the repair tasks of components from renewable energy installations in the repair workshop, following the company's regulations and criteria in terms of maintenance, safety, quality, and environmental to meet the unit's objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead a team of people to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements agreed and expected by the client.
- Analyze, plan, and organize different works through an appropriate distribution of tasks among the team members with the aim of achieving:
- Greater efficiency,
- Alignment of work,
- Optimization of both technical and human resources available to the company.
- Supervise that the work activity is carried out in compliance with the safety, quality, environmental, and maintenance criteria established and set by legislation, the client, or the company.
- Participate in the design and manufacture of the test benches and tools necessary for proper performance of the work, in coordination with support and engineering departments.
- Evaluate and validate the tools and equipment needed for the workshop, perform proper maintenance of them as well as their installation.
- Segregate and manage waste generated by the facility correctly, following protocols and procedures established by current legislation.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety department in transmitting all the information necessary for the assessment of:
- Risks to health and safety at work.
- Other risks to the management system within its area of operation.

Required Knowledge
- Technical knowledge in mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic fields.
- Knowledge of different techologies in the renewable energy sector.
- Intermediate level of office software.
- Language:
- Mandatory: English
- Valuable: Spanish

Required Experience
- Experience in the repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.

Required Qualifications
- Certificate of Higher Education or Diploma of Higher Education.
- Relevant engineering.
