Repairs Scheduler

We are recruiting for a Repairs Scheduler to join a housing association covering minor repairs - outside, such as roofing, ground maintenance and responsive repairs - inside, such as electrics, plumbing.

This is a full-time role covering Monday to Friday from 8 to 5. 1 day a week in the office after training (2-3 weeks dependent), always a Wednesday.

Your new role

As a Repairs Scheduler, you'll coordinate daily appointments for operatives working across Manchester and Wigan. You'll manage a mix of minor external repairs (roofing, grounds maintenance, outdoor works) and responsive internal repairs (electrics, plumbing, joinery and general maintenance). This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with one day a week in the office once training is complete. You'll handle calls, update systems, allocate jobs, and ensure operatives have the right information to complete work efficiently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
