Everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home. As our Repairs Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in making this a reality for thousands of people living in our communities.
Leading our repairs administration & scheduling team you’ll support and inspire your team to provide an excellent customer experience for our tenants. You will make sure that repair and maintenance work in tenants’ homes is booked in efficiently and cost-effectively at a time that works for the tenant. Building good relationships with our tenants and internal teams, you’ll help keep people informed about the work in their homes. Focussing on continuous improvement and with an aim to get jobs done right first time, you will measure and report on delivery of your team’s objectives.

What you’ll bring to our team
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our team, leading the coordination of repairs and maintenance services.
In this role, you will use your skills and experience to manage repair and maintenance works from initial order through to completion, ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards.
You will take the lead on administrative functions for the repairs and maintenance team, including:
- Raising and processing works orders
- Managing and coordinating trades team diaries
- Producing weekly progress reports
- Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
- Overseeing the management of the company fleet

Qualifications
- NVQ level 3 or GCSE with Maths and English or equivalent.
- A qualification in database management or business administration would be an advantage.
- Full UK driving licence
