Repairs Surveyor
Repairs Surveyor (Lincolnshire)
Location: Home-based with regular travel across Lincolnshire (campaigns in Louth, Skegness, and surrounding areas) Salary: £42,160–£46,844 per annum (based on experience) Contract: Permanent – 35 hours per week Closing Date: 01/07/26 (note: early applications may close sooner)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Repairs Surveyor to join our Complex Repairs Team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct damp, mould & condensation (DCM) surveys, as well as general complex repairs assessments, on Platform assets
- Collect essential information to assist with database updates, business planning, and inform future repair and maintenance programmes
- Maintain and update damp and mould registers, ensuring robust asset data management
- Collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvements in efficiency, standards, and performance
- Interface with customers and other stakeholders to provide clear updates throughout the inspection and repair process
- Use working systems to log work orders and process contract payments

This role is flexible and encourages technical expert support, ensuring accurate advice on construction, maintenance, and repair issues.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in damp and mould surveys, complex construction-related repairs and compliance assessments (similar roles)
- Strong technical know-how and ability to give authorization on assets, their maintenance and repair methodologies
- Sound knowledge of construction, including property-related activities
- Willingness to undertake additional training to fulfil role-specific responsibilities
- ONC (or equivalent) qualification in Building/Construction is desirable
Since this is a home-based position, candidates must be locally based (or commutable) to Lincolnshire, prepared for regular travel to client sites.
