Replenishment Manager
Love retail? Thrive on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Ready to lead a team and make sure the shelves are always full?
Join B&M as a Replenishment Manager in our Dunstable store and play a key role in keeping our store stocked, organised, and ready for our customers!
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of stock flow and replenishment across the store. From deliveries to the shop floor, you’ll make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.
It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
What You’ll Be Doing
Owning stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are full and ready for customers Leading and organising your team to work efficiently and safely Keeping the shop floor well-stocked, tidy, and easy to shop Planning and reacting quickly to changing stock levels Driving availability and productivity targets
