Replenishment Manager

Join B&M as Replenishment Manager at our Grimsby store and play an essential role in maintaining seamless stock flow, ensuring a well-organised and customer-ready store.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for stock movement and replenishment across the entire store—right from deliveries to the shop floor. You’ll ensure everything is precisely where it needs to be, when it’s needed.
This is a permanent, full-time position, with flexible scheduling (covering early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends). Why? Because great retail success never sleeps!
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of stock replenishment, guaranteeing shelves are stocked and ready for customers
- Lead and organise your team to work efficiently, safely, and effectively
- Maintain a well-stocked, tidy, and customer-friendly shop floor
- Plan and adapt quickly to dynamic stock changes
- Drive availability and productivity targets, ensuring optimal performance

Key Requirements
- Experience leading teams in fast-paced retail, warehousing, or logistics
- Strong understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes
- A hands-on, proactive approach—roll-up-your-sleeves readiness essential
- Ability to work at pace, keep a team focused and motivated
- Confidence in prioritising tasks, problem-solving, and making fast decisions
