Replenishment Supervisor
Replenishment Supervisor – Enham Arch Retail Park (Andover)
B&M Retail are seeking a motivated Replenishment Supervisor to join our expanding team in Enham Arch Retail Park, Andover. This is a permanent, part-time role, working 30 hours per week, requiring shift flexibility between 2pm and 10pm.

The Role
As a Replenishment Supervisor, you will partner with the Replenishment Manager to ensure:
- Store stock is optimised for customer standards.
- Warehouse and store fill levels remain consistently organised.
- Stock control processes maintain supply chain integrity.
- Health & Safety compliance is upheld for all staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members by imparting skills and knowledge.
- Partner with the management team to maintain clean, organised, and efficient warehouse operations.
- Oversee compliance with legal and company Health & Safety policies.
- Instil operational processes to ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
- Drive a culture of exceptional customer service.
