Nursling, Southampton

Salary

Up to GBP29,000/year

Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM : 5:00 PM (No weekends or shifts)

We are seeking a proactive Printer / Facilities Assistant for a premier site in Nursling, managing a modern, fast-paced print room while supporting the wider team with light facilities duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reprographics (80%): Process high-volume print/copy requests; operate and troubleshoot digital print machinery; provide professional finishing (binding, laminating, cutting); and manage paper/toner stock.
  • Facilities Support (20%): Set up meeting rooms, assist with light office moves/porterage, handle incoming post, and support general office upkeep.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in a print room, reprographics, document services, or office support environment.
  • Comfort operating and troubleshooting digital print and finishing equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines with high attention to detail.
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude and comfortable with physical tasks (room setups/manual handling).
