This is a pivotal administrative role that supports the delivery of accurate operational reporting, effective stakeholder communication, and the smooth running of reporting processes across the business.
You'll work closely with Reporting Technicians, operational teams, and internal stakeholders, helping to ensure data integrity, coordinating reporting activities, and managing queries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has excellent organisational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Reporting Administrator, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Reporting Technicians and Operational Reporting Manager.
- Support the production and distribution of regular and ad hoc operational report requests from managers and business stakeholders.
- Validate, cleanse, and maintain data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate reporting requests and requirements from internal stakeholders.

- Assist with the processing of Guaranteed Standards of Service (GSS) payments.
- Support the creation and maintenance of flooding information within corporate mapping systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
