We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join a dynamic team focused on measurement strategy, where your expertise will directly contribute to delivering compelling, data-driven insights to advertising partners. What You’ll Do
- Maintain and optimize existing reports and dashboards, ensuring their accuracy and reliability for the Measurement Strategy team.
- Lead the migration of reports across various tools and platforms, minimizing disruption to ongoing workflows.
- Develop new reports and dashboards from first-party advertising data, effectively translating business requirements into clear, actionable visualizations.
- Collaborate closely with Measurement Strategists to deeply understand reporting needs and deliver robust solutions that support client-facing insight work.
- Query and transform large first-party datasets using SQL to build and support critical reporting pipelines.
- Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues across all reports.
- Document data sources, report logic, and migration decisions to ensure seamless team continuity and knowledge transfer.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong SQL skills with extensive experience working on large, complex first-party datasets.
- Proficiency in Tableau or a comparable business intelligence/data visualization tool.
- A proven track record of successfully migrating and rebuilding reports across different platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising metrics and measurement concepts.
- Highly organized with the ability to independently manage multiple reporting workstreams.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with advertising first-party data, including impression, click, conversion, and attribution data.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to ensuring data quality.
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and stakeholder updates.
