Reporting Executive

Reporting Executive | Entry Level Data & Analytics

Full Time, Permanent

Package: £25,000 per annum + annual company bonus scheme

Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Location: Smollan Head Office - RG41 5TP (Onsite)

Smollan are on the lookout for a focused, detail-oriented Reporting Executive to join our Data & Insight team. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth delivery of field surveys and business reporting, helping us provide accurate and actionable insights that support decision-making across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing field sales surveys to enable efficient and effective field operations
  • Delivering customer and internal reporting on time and to agreed standards
  • Supporting our day-to-day operational reporting processes
  • Driving reporting best practices and supporting improvements across the business

What We’re Looking For

  • A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach
  • A passion for working with data and uncovering insights
  • Strong organisational skills and a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Confidence in communicating with various teams and stakeholders
