Job Information
- Position: Full-Time, Permanent Reporting Executive
- Package: £25,000 per annum + annual company bonus scheme
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
- Location: Smollan Head Office – RG41 5TP (Onsite)
About the Role
Smollan are seeking a focused, detail-oriented Reporting Executive to join their Data & Insight team. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth delivery of field surveys and business reporting, aiding in the provision of accurate and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing field sales surveys to optimise field operations
- Delivering customer and internal reporting on time and in line with agreed standards
- Supporting day-to-day operational reporting processes
- Driving reporting best practices and initiating business-wide improvements
What We’re Looking For
- A sharp eye for detail with a methodical approach
- A passion for working with data and uncovering insights
- Strong organisational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Confidence in communicating with diverse teams and stakeholders
