We have an ambitious growth plan and are exploring a wealth of exciting strategic opportunities to cement our place as one of the sector leaders.

If you want to do more, and come on this journey, we want you on our team.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

We are looking for a Reporting Lead to drive the development, governance, and delivery of all reporting across the AWE contract. This role will play a key part in ensuring clear visibility of KPI performance, meeting all regulatory and contractual reporting requirements, and producing high-quality outputs for both internal and external stakeholders.

You will ensure that data is accurate, timely, and insightful, enabling informed decision-making, effective risk management, and continuous improvement of contract performance.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Lead reporting strategy – define standards, governance, and deliver contract-aligned reporting
  • Own KPI framework – develop, manage, and provide insight on performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Deliver regulatory reporting – ensure compliance, accuracy, and audit-ready outputs
  • Lead internal reporting – provide dashboards and governance packs, driving automation and efficiency
  • Own client reporting – produce clear, insight-led reports aligned to contractual requirements
  • Ensure data integrity – implement controls, validation, and secure data governance
  • Drive BI development – optimise tools (e.g. Power BI), integrate data sources, and automate reporting

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
