Job Title: Reporting Lead – Package Consultant (Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence)
Location: Remote (UK)
Contract: Contract
We are seeking an experienced Reporting Lead – Package Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Business Analytics Cloud to join a major Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programme supporting large-scale HR, Finance, and Payroll operations.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex enterprise transformation, delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
- Build interactive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and self-service reporting solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Develop reports across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and EPM subject areas.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and testing to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with technical and functional teams.
- Produce reporting documentation, design specifications, report catalogues, and user guidance materials.
- Support all project phases, including design, build, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and hypercare.
- Ensure reporting solutions comply with governance standards and reporting best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
- Experience with Oracle Business Analytics Cloud or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and EPM reporting.
- Strong dashboard development, analytics, and data visualisation skills.
- Experience developing KPIs, scorecards, and business intelligence reports.
- Knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality management.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working on large Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation or transformation programmes.

Mandatory Requirements
- UK National.
- Minimum of 5 years' continuous UK residency.
- Eligible to work on an Inside IR35 contract.
