Reporting Manager - Controls & Reporting team

Location – London, United Kingdom

Role Summary

As Reporting Manager, you will lead the reporting capability that provides clear, accurate and timely insight across STACK Infrastructure's delivery portfolio. Working closely with Delivery Leadership, PMO and project teams, you will ensure executive reporting, dashboards and performance information support informed decision-making while driving continuous improvement, automation and reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the production of accurate, timely and high-quality project and portfolio reporting across the delivery organisation.
  • Own reporting standards, templates and governance, ensuring consistent reporting across all projects.
  • Develop executive dashboards and performance reports that provide meaningful insight into KPIs, trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain high levels of data quality through robust validation, assurance and reporting controls.
  • Partner with Delivery, PMO and business stakeholders to ensure reporting meets operational and strategic needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, identifying opportunities for automation and increased efficiency.
  • Support the development of Power BI dashboards and other digital reporting solutions.
  • Provide reporting expertise and guidance to project teams, promoting consistent reporting best practice.
  • Support governance reviews, audits and reporting assurance activities.
  • Champion a culture of data integrity, continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in project controls, PMO, reporting or project performance roles within major capital projects.
  • Background in data centres, construction, engineering, infrastructure, real estate or similarly complex environments.
  • Experience preparing executive, programme or portfolio-level reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex project data into meaningful business insight.
  • Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform or similar reporting and visualisation tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
