Insurance Capital Solutions – Reporting Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team, managing assets for Macquarie Asset Management’s Bermudian reinsurer, InEvo Re. We provide critical reporting both to InEvo and their cedents on InEvo’s behalf. As InEvo Re continues to grow, we seek an expert to own and optimise our reporting processes.
We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you’re empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value—bringing your expertise and insights to drive meaningful impact.
What Will You Do?
As the Reporting Manager, you will take ownership of all reporting processes—from front to back—with a focus on asset-side reporting, while also overseeing liability-side reporting. This includes:
- Regulatory reporting (e.g., investment updates, balance sheets, cedent reporting)
- Monthly and quarterly reporting management
- Designing and implementing reporting capabilities for new cedents during onboarding
- Acting as the primary point of contact for InEvo, cedents, and external stakeholders
You’ll also lead cross-functional projects to enhance reporting efficiency, including:
- Collaborating with adjacent teams to optimise methodologies
- Leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline data processes

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
