The Reporting Solutions Analyst plays a critical role in driving the success of the Reporting Centre of Excellence by investigating, designing, and delivering innovative reporting and training solutions. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation across complex environments.

The analyst works across all levels of the organisation, engaging with stakeholders from frontline teams to senior leadership. They gather and analyse business and data requirements, re-engineer processes, and collaborate with technology teams to develop reporting products that are intuitive, impactful, and future-ready.

A role you will love

The role will support time-sensitive client reporting processes requiring extremely accurate calculation of data critical to the successful operation of employee equity plans and potentially other products. Data reported to clients is used for payroll purposes and often also published in public financial statements. Failure to deliver services to client expectations may place significant revenue at risk from contract termination, in addition to the risk of litigation and reputational damage.

Key accountabilities:

  • Builds and maintains complex reporting solutions using advanced data tools and coding techniques.
  • Applies deep analytical skills to uncover insights, assess operational impacts, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translates strategic objectives into scalable reporting solutions and optimised workflows.
  • Builds strong relationships across all levels, confidently negotiating and aligning diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Delivers compelling presentations and facilitates workshops that drive clarity, alignment, and action. Great communicator.
  • Change Management & Adoption Support.
  • Develops and executes communication and training strategies to support rollout and user adoption.
  • Manages tasks and milestones under pressure, ensuring timely delivery within governance frameworks.
  • Thinks innovatively to design solutions that meet business needs without compromising delivery standards.
  • Demonstrates significant experience with reporting platforms and tools, staying aligned with industry trends.
