π’ Hiring: Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Reporting Lead β Oracle Business Analytics Cloud
π Location: UK (Remote)
π· Rate: GBP 400/day (Inside IR35)
π Contract: Immediate Start
π Eligibility: British citizens only, minimum of 5 years continuous residence in the UK
Join a large-scale transformation programme delivering shared HR, finance, and payroll services for over 250,000 civil servants across multiple government departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
- Build interactive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and self-service analytics.
- Translate business reporting requirements into scalable Oracle FDI solutions.
- Develop expertise across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and EPM data models.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and testing to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Investigate data quality issues and implement sustainable resolutions.
- Contribute to reporting governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare during Oracle Fusion implementation.

Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) / Oracle Business Analytics Cloud.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and EPM reporting.
- Experience creating dashboards, analytics, KPIs, and data visualizations.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and reporting governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business requirements gathering.
- Experience working on large Oracle Fusion transformation programmes.

Preferred Experience:
- UK Public Sector or Government programme experience.
- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) knowledge.
- Understanding of reporting best practices and self-service analytics.
