Reporting and Systems Accountant
Amnesty International UK (AIUK) has a simple aim: an end to human rights abuses. Independent, international and influential, we campaign for justice, fairness, freedom and truth wherever they are denied. If you want to use your financial reporting, systems and analytical skills to help fight for human rights, you could be our new Reporting and Systems Accountant.
About the Role
With an annual income of almost £35 million, our Finance Team plays a vital role in ensuring funds are distributed effectively to support our global campaigns.
You will:
- Prepare management accounts and reporting packs
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain reporting systems
- Provide financial insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to enhance reporting quality and processes
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in reporting, systems analysis and financial governance within a collaborative, inclusive team.

Is this role for you?
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in producing financial and management reports for various stakeholders.
- A recognised accounting qualification (or equivalent substantial experience) and a deep understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- The ability to support budgeting and forecasting, plus experience handling complex financial data.
- Advanced skills in financial systems, reporting tools and large datasets, alongside excellent Excel proficiency.
- A collaborative attitude and a commitment to fostering an inclusive work culture.
