The Role: Reprographics & Post Room Assistant
You’ll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, ensuring our Support Centre runs smoothly by delivering reliable reprographics and post support services. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and customer-focused mindset will be crucial—whether preparing print jobs, managing mail logistics, or supporting colleagues with operational tasks.
This flexible, hands-on role demands organisation, dependability, and adaptability. You’ll be confident operating finishing equipment, coordinating mailroom processes, and collaborating across departments. With clear communication and a can-do attitude, you’ll deliver accurate, timely, and professional support—contributing to a high-performing team that keeps the business running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all Store orders are correctly picked, packed, and dispatched daily.
- Operate print finishing equipment securely, including:
- Padding, drilling, guillotining, and laminating.
- Provide cover on both print machines as required.
- Maintain stock levels of printed stationery and liaise with Retail Operations when necessary.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and waste-free (including removal of packaging).
- Manage parcel deliveries: receiving, storing, and organising swift collections with colleagues.
- Oversee post room operations, including:
- Receiving, sorting, and dispatching all mail.
- Filling, sealing, and packing envelopes (envelopkits) for delivery.
- Offer flexible support to Reprographics and Post Room departments as demand requires.
- Assist the Colleague Services Team with daily operations and occasional support centre events.
About You
We’re looking for an individual who:
- Has proven experience in customer service.
- Is skilled in organising, picking, and packing tasks.
- Thrives in a fast-paced Support Centre environment.
- Understands reprographics and post room operations (or is eager to learn).
- Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
- Works collaboratively across teams with cross-functional needs.
- Is proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and other basic software tools.
