Reprographics Officer – West Coventry Academy
West Coventry Academy is seeking to appoint a reliable and organised Reprographics Officer to join their support staff team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the smooth running of school operations in a busy and rewarding environment.
The Reprographics Officer will manage the school’s reprographics service, ensuring high-quality printed and digital materials are produced efficiently to support teaching and learning. The role also includes administrative support for the main school office to help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The successful candidate must be highly organised, adept at managing multiple requests and deadlines, and capable of providing excellent customer service to staff, students, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the academy’s reprographics service
- Producing high-quality printed materials for teaching and learning
- Managing printing, photocopying, binding, and finishing of documents
- Maintaining reprographics equipment and liaising with suppliers for servicing and maintenance
- Providing general administrative support to the school office
- Supporting the preparation and distribution of school communications, letters, and documentation
- Collaborating with the wider administrative team to support school efficiency and operations

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Experience of working with reprographics or print equipment
- IT literate, with confidence in using Microsoft Office and print software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a busy environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible and willing to support administrative functions within the school office
