Key Responsibilities
Property Sales & Deal Closing (Core Responsibility)
- Manage the full sales process of UK residential properties;
- Proactively source, follow up, and convert potential buyers and vendors to drive successful transactions;
- Match suitable properties based on clients’ needs and provide professional property advice;
- Conduct property viewings and manage both online and offline sales communications;
- Apply effective sales techniques to improve conversion rates and progress transactions through key stages including Offer, Exchange, and Completion.
Buyer Acquisition & Channel Development
- Generate potential buyers through online platforms, social media, client referrals, and partnership channels;
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and business partnerships;
- Develop investor networks, external partnerships, and business channels to support sales growth;
- Enhance property exposure and strengthen the company’s market presence.

Sales Progression & Client Management
- Oversee the full sales progression process and coordinate with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and related parties;
- Provide regular transaction updates and professional advice to clients;
- Handle client enquiries, negotiations, and transaction coordination.
Market & Business Support
- Stay updated on UK property market trends and relevant regulatory changes;
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and business development goals.

Candidate Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese, with the ability to use both languages in a professional working environment;
- Excellent sales ability, customer service mindset, and negotiation skills;
- Strong client acquisition and deal-closing capabilities;
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to independently manage and progress transactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the UK property industry (Sales / Lettings / Sales Progression preferred);
- Familiarity with the UK residential property sales and transaction process is preferred;
- Experience in client acquisition, channel development, or overseas property sales is preferred.
