Resales Executive - 12 month fixed term contract
About the Role
Moving into a new home should be an exciting time for customers, and a critical part of that is ensuring the conveyancing process is as smooth as possible while providing a customer experience second to none. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Resales Executive to join us for a 12 month fixed-term contract, overseeing the entire customer journey from the start of a shared ownership sale through to Completion. You’ll engage directly with customers, liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including solicitors), and work towards delivering an outstanding customer experience.
