The role

About The Role

MTVH are looking for a Resales Progression Consultant to provide a high-quality progression service to shared ownership resale customers, ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience throughout the sales journey. You will be responsible for progressing shared ownership resale and interim staircasing transactions from instruction through to exchange and completion, while delivering expert advice and support to customers and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in shared ownership, conveyancing, or property sales who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Therefore, as part of the Development After Sales team, you will manage a varied pipeline of resale and staircasing cases, working closely with customers, solicitors, estate agents, financial advisers, and internal teams to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. You will provide regular updates, interpret leasehold documentation, and help customers navigate the sales process with confidence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
