Research Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your curiosity and research instincts could directly shape how AI presents facts to millions of people? We're looking for Research Analysts to dig into AI-generated content, verify claims against reliable sources, and help ensure that the AI systems influencing our world are built on accurate, trustworthy information.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong research skills and a sharp eye for accuracy. No formal academic background or prior AI experience required — just a methodical mind, a commitment to truth, and a reliable internet connection.

What You'll Do
- Research topics across a wide range of subjects — including science, history, culture, technology, and current events
- Verify AI-generated claims, facts, and information against credible, authoritative sources
- Cross-reference AI outputs and flag inaccuracies, outdated information, or unsupported statements
- Document findings clearly and accurately in structured formats
- Rate the reliability and quality of AI outputs using provided evaluation frameworks
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule

Who You Are
- Strong research skills with the ability to locate and evaluate trustworthy sources
- Naturally detail-oriented — you take accuracy seriously and approach work systematically
- Clear and concise written communicator who can explain your reasoning
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- Comfortable covering a broad variety of topics and subject areas
- No prior AI, journalism, or academic research experience required

Nice to Have
- Background in research, journalism, academia, library science, or communications
- Experience with fact-checking, data verification, or investigative analysis
- Familiarity with evaluating source credibility and research methodology
- Broad general knowledge across multiple disciplines
