With your unique combination of analytical thinking, scientific curiosity, and project management skills, you will contribute to the successful delivery of innovative market research studies. This role includes supporting healthcare research, leveraging AI-enabled tools and data platforms where appropriate, and generating meaningful insights for clients. You will work closely with experienced researchers, have regular client interaction, and be supported in your professional development through mentoring and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
What you will do
- Support the delivery of primarily healthcare and life sciences market research studies across the European Commercial Team.
- Develop knowledge of research methodologies, including AI-enabled research approaches and emerging analytical techniques.
- Support the design of research materials, including screeners and questionnaires.
- Perform tasks independently throughout each stage of the project lifecycle (set-up, fieldwork, data processing, timelines, analysis, deliverables and project administration).
- Work with healthcare research data, survey data and commercial datasets to manage, clean and analyse structured and unstructured information.
- Apply Python or similar analytical tools to support data manipulation, automation and analysis where appropriate.
- Anticipate challenges and identify technology-enabled or data-driven opportunities to improve project delivery.
- Analyse findings and develop actionable insights with guidance from senior team members.
- Contribute to report writing, quality assurance and presentation development.
- Support the creation of impactful client presentations and contribute to compelling research storytelling.
- Communicate with clients on day-to-day project activities and present sections of research findings.
- Explore opportunities to leverage Oracle technologies, AI tools and data platforms to enhance research practices and client outcomes.
- Monitor and manage your time across multiple projects.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Health Analytics, Pharmacy, Public Health, Life Sciences, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Healthcare Management, or another closely related healthcare or life sciences discipline.
- Graduates and candidates with up to two years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices or life sciences through academic study, internships, placements, research projects or professional experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data manipulation, quantitative analysis and data visualisation tools through academic or professional work.
- Foundational understanding of data management principles, including data cleaning, structuring and quality control.
- Exposure to Python or similar programming languages for data analysis through university projects, internships or work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in Oncology and/or Rare Disease.
- Exposure to AI or machine learning concepts, AI-assisted analytics, or modern data platforms.
- Interest in cloud-based data environments and AI-enabled research technologies.
- Previous exposure to healthcare market research or commercial consulting is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Advanced degree in a discipline relevant to area of focus, plus 1 year related work experience.
- Minimum Qualifications: At least 4 years Total combined related work experience and completed higher education.
- Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications.
