Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Research And Development Coordinator in Singapore. Our client is a reputed organization in the Research & Development sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify new products, technologies, and market opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate R&D initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Develop and implement new programs, processes, and operational protocols.
- Oversee the development and testing of new products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Analyze research findings and recommend improvements.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Prepare technical documentation and progress reports.

Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant experience in research, product development, or innovation management. Typical: 3–6 years of experience coordinating R&D projects, product development, or continuous improvement initiatives within a corporate environment.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Business, or related field (Typical)
- Preferred: Master's Degree in a relevant discipline
- Additional: Project Management or Product Development certifications (Typical)
