About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Research and Enterprise Manager within Faculty Operations Services to lead and coordinate research and enterprise administration. In this critical role, you will:
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance, data governance, and strategic support for REF, KEF, and Knowledge Exchange and Enterprise (KEE) activities.
- Provide expert professional advice on research and enterprise matters, supporting key processes and systems.
- Collaborate with the Associate Dean for Research and Enterprise and senior colleagues to implement Faculty Research and Enterprise strategies.
- Act as a proactive advisor on ongoing research and enterprise (R&E) processes, offering constructive guidance.
- Champion effective resource allocation and operational delivery within the Faculty.

About You
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to managing their own workload efficiently.
- Experience in the HEI (Higher Education Institution) sector, with a Specialist knowledge of REF and impact assessment.
- High levels of proactivity, teamwork, and clear stakeholder communication skills.
- A commitment to providing constructive, data-driven advice to support R&E strategies across FAH.
- Exceptional organisational acumen and ability to handle confidential, high-profile data with discretion.
