Research Associate
We have a vacancy for an experienced Research Associate to join our team working full-time on a research project funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). The project aims to evaluate ‘Empowered Together’ – a social care coordination intervention in prison. This includes coordinating the complex physical and mental health needs of individuals living in prison using a trauma informed and person centred approach.
The Research Associate will support the Principal Investigators (Dr Louise Robinson and Dr Katrina Forsyth). Your role will include acting as a Junior Trial Project Manager under the supervision of the Senior Project Trial Manager. You will also be conducting interviews with key stakeholders including individuals living in prison; as well as staff working in the prison.

You will be based at the University of Manchester but will be required to travel to conduct some in person interviews. The post is subject to an Enhanced DBS.
