We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading search consultancy partnering with some of the world’s top asset managers. They are not your typical recruitment firm and operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where insight, strategy, and innovation drive success.

What you’ll do:

  • Dive deep into the asset management industry, learning how global investment firms operate.
  • Work alongside senior consultants to map markets, source top talent, and uncover competitive intelligence.
  • Use cutting-edge tools and social platforms to identify and engage high-calibre professionals.
  • Build relationships with industry leaders and develop skills that set you apart in finance and executive search.

Basic salary: £30,000 + bonus scheme
