Research Associate
My client is a strategic talent consultancy specialising in the global consumer goods sector. They provide talent solutions to leading organisations through leadership search, talent mapping, talent pipelining and talent intelligence services. With multiple offices across the UK and internationally, they combine deep sector expertise with data-driven insight to support client hiring strategy and expansion.
My client is recruiting a Research Associate to support research, market intelligence and AI-driven projects across the executive search firm. The successful candidate will be analytical, organised and naturally curious – someone who enjoys working with information, spotting patterns and building insight while supporting the search and business development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market mapping and leadership intelligence research across consumer goods and related sectors
- Support data-led decision making for senior hiring and talent strategy projects
- Work with data and information to identify patterns and build client insight
- Contribute to AI-driven research initiatives and explore how emerging technology can enhance research processes
- Organise, analyse and present information with strong attention to detail
- Support global talent projects for leading clients
- Contribute to headhunting and candidate identification across the consumer goods sector
- Contribute to business development and client relationship building

What We're Looking For
- Graduate with strong academics
- Naturally inquisitive and curious about data, market intelligence and AI applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organised approach
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, research tools and data
- Reliable, collaborative and switched on
- Genuine interest in the research and problem-solving side of talent and search
