Research Associate – Executive Search
London | Hybrid Working
An established, highly respected executive search and recruitment consultancy is looking to hire a Research Associate to join its Senior Finance practice.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in executive search, working alongside experienced consultants on senior finance and corporate leadership appointments across FTSE-listed businesses, private equity-backed companies, and high-growth organizations. The Role
As a Research Associate, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of executive search assignments, including:
- Market mapping and identifying senior talent across target organizations
- Headhunting and engaging passive candidates
- Conducting candidate screening interviews and assessments
- Supporting both retained and contingent search assignments
- Producing candidate reports, market insights, and shortlist documentation
- Coordinating interview processes and maintaining candidate relationships
- Working closely with experienced consultants throughout each assignment
- Developing expertise within finance, corporate development, and broader commercial markets

- Client meetings and search briefings
