Graduate Associate – Executive Search

From the outset, you'll work on live assignments, speak with senior professionals, and develop a deep understanding of how businesses identify and hire exceptional leadership talent.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Researching industries, companies, and senior professionals across global markets
  • Mapping talent and identifying the individuals shaping their sectors
  • Speaking directly with senior executives and building long-term professional relationships
  • Supporting live executive search assignments from briefing through to completion
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable client insight
  • Learning how executive search influences strategic hiring decisions for leading organizations

  • A recent graduate with a strong academic record (ideally a 2:1 or above)
