Graduate Associate – Executive Search

This is an opportunity to join a respected executive search firm that partners with leading investment management businesses across financial services, technology, and data. Working on senior-level appointments, you'll gain exposure to global markets while learning from experienced consultants in a collaborative, high-performing team.
From the outset, you'll work on live assignments, speak with senior professionals, and develop a deep understanding of how businesses identify and hire exceptional leadership talent.
What You'll Be Doing
- Researching industries, companies, and senior professionals across global markets
- Mapping talent and identifying the individuals shaping their sectors
- Speaking directly with senior executives and building long-term professional relationships
- Supporting live executive search assignments from briefing through to completion
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable client insight
- Learning how executive search influences strategic hiring decisions for leading organizations

Who They're Looking For
- A recent graduate with a strong academic record (ideally a 2:1 or above)
- Someone who demonstrates resilience, determination, and a strong work ethic
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with people
- Naturally curious, commercially aware, and interested in business and financial markets
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with excellent attention to detail

Previous executive search or recruitment experience is not required. The firm is looking for graduates with the potential, ambition, and professionalism to build a long-term career in executive search.
