Position: Chemistry Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80 - $90/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Produce authoritative and well-explained responses to advanced chemistry queries for AI model improvement.
- Review and evaluate chemistry data, questions, and solutions for scientific accuracy and completeness.
- Develop comprehensive explanations across a wide array of chemical concepts.
- Collaborate with annotation leads and project managers to refine requirements and uphold response quality.
- Create exemplary 'golden responses' to set benchmarks for future model outputs.
- Document context and rationale behind answers to assist model interpretability.

Requirements
- PhD in Chemistry or a closely related scientific field with expertise in foundational and advanced topics.

- Experience in developing, reviewing, or publishing scientific, technical, or educational chemistry materials.
