Turn Data Into Insight. Help Organisations Make Better Global Decisions.
What if your research and analysis helped shape decisions for organisations operating in more than 180 countries?
At ECA International, trusted data is at the heart of everything we do.
Our products, technology and insights help multinational organisations understand the true cost of international mobility, benchmark compensation, support expatriates and make confident workforce decisions around the world.
Behind that data is our Product Analytics team - a group of curious, analytical thinkers who transform complex global information into trusted insight.
We’re looking for a Research & Data Analyst to join that team.
This is far more than a traditional research role. You’ll combine research, data analysis and emerging AI-powered techniques to help build and maintain one of the world’s leading global mobility data sets, supporting products relied upon by organisations and international assignees across more than 500 cities worldwide.
If you’re naturally curious, enjoy working with data and want to build a career where technology, AI and analytics come together, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
As part of our Product Analytics team, you’ll help collect, analyse and interpret information that powers ECA’s products and services.
Working alongside experienced researchers, analysts and product specialists, you’ll contribute to projects that influence how global organisations support their international workforce.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting primary and secondary research across a wide range of global mobility topics.
- Collecting, validating and organising information from surveys, databases, reports, AI tools and other trusted sources.
- Analysing data to identify trends, patterns and meaningful commercial insights.
- Supporting the creation of reports, presentations and recommendations for internal teams and clients.
- Researching market trends, competitor activity and emerging developments within global mobility.
- Exploring AI-supported and agentic research methods to improve the speed, quality and accuracy of research.
- Working collaboratively across Product Analytics and the wider business to continuously improve research processes and data quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
