We're currently delivering the Workstyle Monitor
We're currently delivering the Workstyle Monitor, a five-year longitudinal research study in partnership with King's College London exploring the relationship between autonomy, trust, technology and outcomes including wellbeing, productivity and inclusion.
As the project grows, we're looking to strengthen our research capability by bringing in an experienced Research & Impact Lead to work alongside our team and academic partners. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape one of the UK's emerging longitudinal workplace research programmes.
Initial Responsibilities
Initially, you'll support the interpretation and communication of Year 1 findings, helping ensure our research reaches employers, policymakers and practitioners in an engaging and accessible way.
Long-term Responsibilities
Longer term, we'd love these responsibilities to help strengthen Workstyle's research capability, supporting future studies, funding applications and collaboration with our academic partners.

Responsibilities
The scope of responsibilities are likely to include:
- Supporting interpretation of research findings.
- Helping identify key themes and insights.
- Contributing to reports and publications.
- Advising on research design and methodology.
- Working collaboratively with King's College London and the wider Workstyle team.
- Supporting future research funding opportunities.
Skills and Experience
We'd love to hear from people with experience in:
- Research methods and data analysis.
- Workplace, organisational or behavioural research.
- Translating research into practical insight.
- Communicating evidence to non-academic audiences.
- Building partnerships between research and practice.
Alongside strong research and analytical skills, we're looking for someone with a genuine interest in ways of working and the relationship between autonomy, trust, technology, wellbeing and productivity. This curiosity will help you identify the most meaningful insights and communicate them in ways that resonate with employers and policymakers.
