Company Description

Hesta Health Limited is a mission-driven women's health company transforming postnatal care through clinical excellence and technology. Backed by a >£1m Innovate UK Biomedical Catalyst grant, they are building a regulator-ready, digital-first assessment and triage system to identify physical and mental health risks earlier and close the women's health gap.

Job Description

Lead a high-impact, £1.5m Innovate UK–funded programme at the intersection of clinical care and technology. You will orchestrate complex workstreams—spanning regulatory, technical, and NHS clinical studies—to turn ambitious R&D into a validated, regulator-ready product. This high-agency role is pivotal in scaling a new benchmark for postnatal healthcare.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Lead a major £1.5m Innovate UK Biomedical Catalyst project, managing a high-calibre network of NHS Trusts, academic institutions, and regulatory advisors.
  • Transition from feasibility research to building a category-defining, regulator-ready Software-as-a-Medical-Device (SaMD) that directly impacts maternal health outcomes.
  • Join a mission-driven team at the ground floor, shaping the strategic R&D roadmap for a startup closing the critical gap in women's healthcare.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Translate R&D outputs into actionable strategy, connecting feasibility data to product development and go-to-market decisions for NHS clinical study delivery.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven programme management experience in complex health tech or research environments, ideally managing grant-funded projects like Innovate UK or NIHR.
  • Strong background in navigating regulated landscapes, including familiarity with digital health, SaMD, data governance, or clinical study coordination.
