Job Description
Lead a high-impact, £1.5m Innovate UK–funded programme at the intersection of clinical care and technology. You will orchestrate complex workstreams—spanning regulatory, technical, and NHS clinical studies—to turn ambitious R&D into a validated, regulator-ready product. This high-agency role is pivotal in scaling a new benchmark for postnatal healthcare.

What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of the 18-month BMC project, coordinating clinical design, technical infrastructure, and regulatory pathways across multiple external partners.
- Manage programme governance and compliance, ensuring alignment with clinical safety standards (DCB0129) and maintaining audit-ready documentation for Innovate UK.
- Translate R&D outputs into actionable strategy, connecting feasibility data to product development and go-to-market decisions for NHS clinical study delivery.
The ideal candidate
- Proven programme management experience in complex health tech or research environments, ideally managing grant-funded projects like Innovate UK or NIHR.
- Strong background in navigating regulated landscapes, including familiarity with digital health, SaMD, data governance, or clinical study coordination.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a high-agency mindset, comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams of clinicians, engineers, and academic collaborators.
