Role Description

As a Research Intern, you will play a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and supporting our supply chain operations. You will collaborate with healthcare partners, suppliers, and internal teams to gather data, identify bottlenecks, and research innovative resource management strategies. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ins and outs of healthcare logistics while building a foundation for a career in supply chain management, operations, or healthcare administration.

The intern will also support process improvement initiatives by gathering information, observing workflow, and contributing suggestions under supervision. This role offers exposure to healthcare supply chain operations and the opportunity to learn in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Interest in healthcare, logistics, or supply chain management, and a willingness to learn about medical supply acquisition and distribution.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail when handling data and documentation.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and recording information accurately.
  • Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and comfort working with digital tools.
  • Ability to work remotely, collaborate respectfully with a diverse team, and follow established procedures and guidelines.
  • Currently studying or recently completed studies in a relevant field (such as business, healthcare management, logistics, or a related discipline) is beneficial but not required. Applicants can be of any stage in education.
