🔎 Research Manager – Healthcare Market Research 🔎
£40,000 – £55,000 | UK-based | Hybrid or Remote (UK only)
Full-time | Permanent We are partnering with a specialist healthcare market research consultancy supporting global pharmaceutical and biotech clients in generating strategic insights that shape product development, launch strategy, and patient access decisions.
We are looking for a Research Manager to join a growing insights team, taking ownership of end-to-end healthcare market research projects across a range of therapy areas.
🧠 The Role You will lead and deliver high-quality primary market research projects, working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders. This includes designing research approaches, managing fieldwork, analysing findings, and translating data into clear, commercially relevant insights. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued development of research capabilities and methodologies.

📊 Key Responsibilities Lead qualitative and/or quantitative healthcare market research projects end-to-end Design research materials (discussion guides, questionnaires, screeners) Manage fieldwork suppliers and timelines across multiple projects Analyse complex data sets and develop clear, actionable insights Build client-ready deliverables and present findings confidently Support and mentor junior researchers Contribute to proposal development and study design
🔍 About You Experience in healthcare market research, pharma insights, or life sciences consultancy Strong background in qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies Ability to translate data into clear strategic narratives Confident communicator with client-facing experience Highly organised with strong project management skills Interest in healthcare, patient journeys, and behaviour change insights
