Ready to redefine how market research works?
If you love finding consumer insight but feel stuck doing repetitive work in a traditional agency, this is the step up you've been looking for.
We're looking for a smart, driven Research Manager to join our growing global Insights team. You'll combine strategic thinking, consulting, and fresh AI technology to help major brands make better decisions, faster.
Following QuMind's acquisition by Largo, we’re now part of an ambitious international team spanning London, Switzerland, and Los Angeles. We’re investing heavily in AI-powered research, digital twins, and the future of consumer intelligence.
If you're excited by where our industry is heading next, we want to hear from you.
Why join us?
You'll be joining at a brilliant point in our growth. We're building the next generation of insight consulting, bringing together skilled researchers with powerful automation tools. Rather than replacing researchers, our tech removes repetitive manual work, leaving you free to spend time doing what really matters:
- Solving business problems
- Building real client relationships
- Giving strategic advice
- Helping shape the future of research
The Role
As a Research Manager, you'll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of major clients, leading research from proposal to final recommendations.
You'll run a wide mix of quantitative projects, support qualitative and community-based research where appropriate, and use our automated platform and AI-powered tools to deliver exceptional client experiences, working with product teams.
No two days look the same here. One day you might be presenting strategic recommendations to a major brand. The next, you could be testing how AI can automate reporting, working with our product teams to improve our platforms, or helping clients unlock the potential of digital twins and synthetic audiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
