Exciting Opportunity for Registered Healthcare Professionals

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced registered healthcare professionals to join the Research and Innovation Directorate at University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered professional with an interest in Research to further develop skills, contributing to improving and changing the future care of patients. Due to the number of vacancies we have, we are recruiting into various specialties, please specify the area of your interest in your application form.

Role Overview

We are seeking confident and experienced healthcare professionals, who are passionate about delivering high quality care, who enjoys a challenge and would welcome the opportunity to develop research. You will provide specialist skills and knowledge to support the running of clinical research trials, both commercial and non-commercial at UHNM. You will work within the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring a smooth delivery of care to patients in clinical trials. You need to be an excellent team player, have good communication skills, excellent time management skills and attention to detail is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Part of the Research Delivery Team which involves recruiting patient participants into clinical trials.
  • Carrying out trial activity in line with the ethically approved protocol and in accordance with legislation.
  • Supporting the Research Team in meeting its responsibilities for continuing and raising recruitment into all studies, including commercial and non-commercial studies.
