Research projects only run well when someone is pulling all the pieces together.
That is what this role is about.
You will take ownership of research projects from the point they are commissioned through to delivery, making sure everything happens when it should, everyone knows what they are doing and our clients have confidence that their project is in safe hands.
Some days that means planning timelines and coordinating suppliers. Other days it means solving last-minute problems, speaking to clients, working with recruiters to make sure the right participants are found or balancing competing priorities across several live projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This is not a technical project management role and you do not need PRINCE2 or Agile qualifications.
Instead, we are looking for someone who is organised, commercially aware and enjoys bringing lots of moving parts together. Someone who can think ahead, ask the right questions, understand whether something is actually achievable and make good decisions.
You will probably enjoy this role if you:
- like organising complicated things.
- naturally spot problems before they happen.
- are comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
- enjoy working with clients and building relationships.
- stay calm when plans change.
- like taking ownership and making things happen.

Experience in market research is helpful but not essential. We can teach you the research methodology. What is much harder to teach is curiosity, judgement, organisation and the ability to coordinate people and activities effectively. This role is likely to suit someone with experience in project coordination, events, operations, account management, recruitment or client delivery.
We are a collaborative business and, when things get busy, everyone gets stuck in. We look for people who are proactive, practical and willing to help wherever it is needed.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
